Information Collected and Stored Automatically
When you visit Hernando County’s web site, the Web server automatically collections certain data such as the Internet domain and IP address from which you accessed the site, the type of browser and operating system used to access our site, the date and time you accessed our site, and if you linked to our web site from another web site, the address of that site. that graphics are limited or omitted and/or clearly marked with alternate representation, that a logical order exists for all tab elements that content prominently identifies keystroke procedures for online functions so that software supports visual contrast that text sizes and colors can be viewed by users for maximum readability.

II. JURISDICTIONAL ISSUES

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hernando County and the Technology Services Department, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.
